The title of the work refers to the dissolution of a company; the selling of all assets in return for liquid money, something that flows as freely as water in our digital age, dissolving the conventional institutions of our economies.

The poster in the scene is both inviting and foreboding, characterising the uncertainty faced by the individual, afloat on a seemingly endless digital sea.
