In the context of the COMMA Art City project in Perugia we’re going to pay special attention to the 15 international, but Amsterdam based artists involved. We talked to each and everyone and asked them 4 questions.
Today: LordH (IT)
Describe your style of work.
I’m a graphic designer and have a history in graffiti writing. A combination of the two is what I would say makes LordH. I like to work with an abstract and dynamic order of lines. The piece I’m doing for COMMA is something I have been working on for a while and kep developing further. It’s the first time I have a chance to make it this big and integrate wood.
What is the idea behind the work you did for COMMA?
During the event I did several public works. I did a graffiti piece with Perugian artists in Amsterdam meets Perugia and worked on the mural big all the boys. The idea? It is mainly and simply a composition of lines.
What did you like best about your experience in Perugia?
I really enjoyed hanging out together and having all your friends in your hometown. I challenged myself to produce some good art work. It is my city and I felt the pressure to create something extraordinarily beautiful for them.
What do you hope to give to the people of Perugia with your work here?
Perugia is a small city and not used to this kind of events. I hope we could bring different styles to Perugia and share the different cultures with each other. The best thing, of course, is to show your hometown to all your friends and see them enjoy.
